        On 24 October, the 20th Annual Conference of the Chinese Society of Food Science and Technology was held in Changsha, Hunan Province. The conference

 was hosted by the Chinese Society of Food Science and Technology, co-organised by Hunan Provincial Association of Science and Technology, Hunan Provincial 

Society of Food Science and Technology, Hunan Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences and other 7 units, and supported by Changsha City Science and

Food Science and Technology.
